Returns and Exchanges

Your training is demanding so your shopping experience should be simple. Our aim is to make returns and exchanges as straightforward and transparent as possible while we continue to grow as a small independent brand.

We offer a returns policy on all eligible items within the stated returns window. To qualify items must be unused unworn and returned in their original condition with all packaging and labels intact.

How to Start a Return

To start a return please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected your refund or exchange will be processed.

Returns Policy Overview

Items must be returned within the stated returns window from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused unworn unwashed and returned in their original condition with packaging and labels.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

If your order included a free gift this item must also be returned if the full order is refunded.

If an item is returned in a worn damaged or unsuitable condition a refund will not be issued.

What Can Be Returned

Most items can be returned or exchanged provided they meet the conditions above.

The following items are excluded:

• Socks can only be returned if sealed in their original packaging.
• Bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sample sale items are sold as seen and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds

Returns are processed within a few days of arriving at our warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If your order was paid for using a gift card refunds will be applied to the gift card first.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item please include this in your return request email. Exchange items are shipped once the returned items have been received and approved.

Exchange availability is subject to current stock levels and items cannot be reserved in advance.
